Good deal on curriculum

I was looking for an affordable 'Kindergarten Curriculum' and found it here during their back to school sale. I saved about 30% on the bundle which was a big win for my budget. The content seems solid and comprehensive, definitely worth what I paid. Happy with the overall value.

Solid resources, minor printing issue

I purchased the 'Elementary Curriculum' bundle and overall, I'm quite satisfied. The nature-inspired themes are lovely, and the content is engaging for my kids. The digital delivery was immediate, which was convenient. My only minor gripe was that a couple of the 'Math Printables' were slightly off-center when I printed them, but it didn't affect usability. Still a great resource for the price.

Fun Unit Study

So, I snagged the 'Holiday Unit Studies' for December and it was pretty cute. My little ones had a blast with the activities, especially the crafts. It was super easy to download and print everything out, which is a huge plus when you've got a million other things going on. Made our holiday homeschooling much more chill.

Always reliable resources

I've ordered from For The Love Of Home Schooling several times now and they're consistently good. This last purchase, the 'Botany Units', was just as well-designed as the 'Zoology Units' I got last year. Downloads were instant, and the content is always easy to use. It's why I keep coming back.

Hey, wondering about the curriculum. Is it like super religious or more general? We're kinda looking for something that's not too heavy on one side.

A Alex 2 months ago

From what I've seen, it's definitely got some faith-based stuff, like Bible study units. But they also have a ton of secular units too, like science and history. I'd say it's more integrated.

N Nina Silva 2 months ago

Yeah, I think they offer both. Some of their stuff leans Christian, but you can pick and choose. My friend uses their nature studies and she's not religious at all, just skips the parts she doesn't need.

Saw something about a first order discount. How do I get that?

J Julia Vargas 2 months ago

I think you usually get a pop-up when you first visit the site, or if you sign up for their newsletter, they send you a code. That's how I got mine.

S Shane K. 2 months ago

Yeah, I signed up for their email list and they sent me a welcome discount. It was like 15% or 20% off, I think.

Are these resources actual physical books they send, or is it all digital downloads?

G Gwen S. 1 month ago

It's all digital. You get PDF files to download and print yourself. Super convenient, no shipping wait!

S Steve Y. 1 month ago

Totally digital. Once you buy, you just download the files. I really like it because I can access everything instantly.

Just found this site, seems cool! What age groups is this stuff generally good for? I've got a couple of kids, different ages.

T Troy N. 1 month ago

They have preschool all the way up through elementary, so it covers a pretty good spread. I use their kindergarten curriculum for my little one and some unit studies for my older elementary kid.

D Dan 1 month ago

They've got a lot for younger kids, like preschool and elementary. I saw some flashcards and creative writing prompts that could probably work for slightly older ones too, but it's mainly geared towards the earlier grades.

how does this compare to, say, Blossom and Root? I'm trying to decide between a few different curriculums.

R Ryan D. 2 months ago

This one is very nature-inspired and creative, with lots of unit studies. Blossom and Root is also nature-based, but I feel like For The Love Of Home Schooling might have more variety in their unit topics and maybe a bit more faith-friendly options if that's what you're looking for.

C Chris 2 months ago

I've used both! For The Love Of Home Schooling feels a bit more structured for certain subjects but still keeps it fun. Blossom and Root is great too, but I found the 'For The Love Of Home Schooling' units to be a bit more comprehensive for some of our interests.

What if I buy something and it just doesn't work for us? Can I get a refund on digital stuff?

O Omar G. 2 months ago

Generally, digital products are tough for refunds since you've already got the files. I'd check their refund policy specifically for digital items before buying if you're worried.

S Sophie Torres 2 months ago

I don't think they usually offer refunds on digital products because once you download it, you have it forever. It's pretty standard for digital goods.

I'm looking at a few different bundles, can I use a coupon code on top of a bundle deal? Or is it one or the other?

T Troy Silva 2 months ago

Nah, usually you can't combine coupons with other active sales, especially bundle deals. It's usually one or the other from what I've experienced.

D Derek N. 2 months ago

Pretty sure most coupon codes can't be stacked with bundle discounts. You generally have to pick whichever gives you the better deal.

Do they ever have sales or discounts? I'm trying to budget for the new school year.

D Dana Ito 2 months ago

Oh yeah, all the time! Keep an eye out for seasonal sales, especially around back to school or holidays. They also do bundle deals which can save you a bunch.

C Cody 1 month ago

Definitely. I signed up for their newsletter and got a discount code right away. They also have flash sales sometimes, so it's worth checking back often.
